We’ve no integrity whenever we use spiritual specialness even as we say we’re more holy, more opted for by Lord than another. This can be a safety against the alternative and i will be discussing this matter in larger level in future article. Being more opted for is the antithesis of the Course’s message.
To continue this debate, let’s start out with some term mark definitions. We will search at both pride description and the Course’s definition. Only the ego is completely definable since it is limitation itself. Perceived absence through predicted types (illusions) leads straight to spiritual specialness.
The Ego’s Miracle:

Wondering the vanity lord for a miracle occasion (to replace a questionnaire with a form) distorts prayer and the Child forgets who He is. The ego becomes the author of the Son’s living and religious specialness requires root whereby the Son who’s picking the vanity, competes with Lord to create himself specific to get recognized by God. So long as we don’t look at this, we remain a prisoner with this world.
A common error to get recognized here by Lord is to trust that changing our brain can modify our life (forms, figures, behaviors, associations, etc.). Based on the ego, if we have a great life, we avoid abuse but there are many types (forms) of a good life so that’s high in judgment. Again, adjusting forms make error real since it applies judgment that one type is way better while condemning another.
